My review of David Lloyd

So what can i say.

I joined David Lloyd Worthing 1 month ago and here is my review.

Membership wise I went for the platinum membership and I found the off peak membership too restrictive.

My platinum membership costs £127 per month and although it sounds expensive, I believe you get what you pay for.

DL Worthing has everything I could think of in a gym and more. To ascertain extent DL Worthing is the Rolls Royce if gyms. It has all I need under one roof.

Everything from Tennis to Tai Chi and all in between.

There is something for everyone from 8 to 108 years old.

I thought the gym would be full of people, showing their muscles, but far from it.

In general it’s full of people looking to get fit and healthy and have a good life style. There are no show offs.

What I like is the mixture of different activities and you don’t have to do the same activity each time .I

Mostly use the gym, some times use the other facilities such as the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and swimming pool.

Overall I really impressed with my 1st months attendance.

I would strongly advise giving DL a go and see what you think.
